BreakOut: Teamwork is a live-fire firearms training workshop centered on one core skill: understanding how two people working together can create an advantage far greater than what either could achieve alone. Adding another person to the equation doesn’t just double your options—it multiplies them.
This course begins with the fundamentals of operating as a 2-person team, building communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills under pressure. From there, you’ll expand those principles to larger groups, learning how to integrate and adapt so that your team functions as a single, effective unit.
Students will participate in live-fire drills that emphasize synchronized movement, role delegation, and fluid transitions between shooters. You’ll see firsthand how trust, timing, and coordination turn individual effort into overwhelming team capability.
At ZeroPoint Training, our mission is to build confidence and capability from the very first class. By the end of BreakOut: Teamwork, you’ll not only understand how to operate alongside a partner, but also how to scale those skills into cohesive, high-functioning teams prepared to meet any challenge.
It is a requirement that students complete either Day 0: Rifle or Day 0: Shotgun before attending this class. These prerequisite classes build the foundation of safe gun handling, marksmanship, and weapons operation—ensuring you arrive prepared to focus entirely on maximizing your effectiveness as a team. An open mind
200 rounds of rifle or shotgun ammo (birdshot if using shotgun)
A fighting rifle or shotgun (with a sling)
At least 5 magazines for your rifle
Ear Protection (We recommend electronic ear pro)
Lunch
Roll of Masking Tape
Stapler w/ staples
Weather-appropriate clothing (rain gear, cold weather, etc)
Hat and sunblock
Knee pads (optional)
Range Fee (if indicated)
